The Centres consult about all their services on a regular basis and systematically gather feedback to support evaluations.

Where families are provided with 1-1 support the work is carried out in partnership with families and parent and carer views are routinely gathered.

Children and young people’s voices are gathered within sessions and activities and services shaped to meet the needs of local children and families.

Where a family is being supported on a 1-1 basis the children and young people are regularly and systematically consulted and given a voice.
