Help us shape local health and care plans for the year ahead:
January is the time for planning ahead and North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is putting the spotlight on plans and priorities for local health and care services in 2016/17.
It wants to join up the way it supports the health and wellbeing of people in North Lincolnshire. Part of that is making sure everyone can have their say about the things that really matter to them.
On 27 January 2016, the CCG is holding another Health Matters public event. Health Matters 3 will be taking place at The House, New Life Church, Brumby Wood Lane, Scunthorpe, from 1pm until 4pm. The last event was a successful afternoon with many people sharing their thoughts, ideas and experiences.
People will have the chance to find out more about the CCG’s plans for the next 12 months from clinicians and health managers. There will also be representatives on hand from North Lincolnshire Council and the Public Health team, Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Foundation Trust (Scunthorpe hospital), RDASH (the local mental health provider) and Healthwatch North Lincolnshire.
There will be the chance to ask the people who plan health and care services any questions, share your own experiences of local care and have a real say on a number of exciting plans to design improved local services around the people who use them.
Please let us know if you would like to attend by sending an email to nlccg.embrace@nhs.net or ringing Janet Gaiger on 0300 3000 567.
